Shortly after our arrival to Scotland, a friend of mine from Denver hooked us up with some of her friends who live in Edinburgh. They were a wealth of information and gave us some great tips on getting settled, what to do about having a baby here (baby needs a visa too even after being born here...who would have known?), and things you just have to know if you live here. We also enjoyed the free National Gallery and the beautiful flora in Princes Gardens. I also couldn't resist making a pass through Gap Maternity. It's good to know that there are some great resources just an hour train ride away.
