High Tea

One of my favorite things about Scotland is the concept of afternoon tea. Everyone really does drink tea here and although afternoon tea is a big deal, most people find a reason to drink it any time of the day. Since the parents are here this week, we actually got to experience "nice" afternoon tea as opposed to tea in a crowded cafe with a million students (that's good too of course, but every once in a while it's nice to do it the proper way). It's hard to beat the view at the Old Course Hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

  1. How fun! That was one thing I wanted to do while we were there, wound up doing it in England instead but it is wonderful having tea all the time. Looks like Scotland life fits you!
