Hibiscus Tea

I saw this on Jamie Oliver's 30 minute meals a few days ago and it has quickly become a new favorite.

4 tea bags of Hibiscus Tea or some other floral, fruity tea (I have raspberry that I used)
1-2 T sugar
a sprig of mint
orange peel
lemon peel

Place tea bags and sugar in a pitcher. Add boiling water until half way up the pitcher. Then add mint, orange and lemon peel. Take the tea bags out and fill the rest of the pitcher with cold water or ice until full. Serve over ice.
